The quality and freshness isn't what it used to be. One of the chop suey container wasn't closed properly and spilled.

Kam Yin has a wonderful selection of delicious dishes that are always fresh and plentiful! It is our favourite take-out Asian food and I always recommend them to friends and family.

I ordered sesame chicken but got lemon chicken with some sesames sprinkled on top. Fortune cookie was stale, but that could have been because it was in the hot bag. Appreciate that they switched the rice for noodles. Overall, enjoyed the food and will be back, but there were a few hiccups today.

Food was hot, fresh, and tasty. I do eishbthe Cantonese chow mein was actually crispy though.

Portions have become smaller. Very little vegetables in dishes compared to previous: Food was tasty and fresh.

It was good other than the fact that the photo of the spring rolls shows 2 so I believed I’d get two so when I ordered 2 I thought I’d get 4 but I only got 2.
