The quality of food was not great compared to last year. We will not do this takeout again

Acknowleding that New Year's Eve is crazy busy...we ordered online... were told 90 minutes... arrived 10 min early to pick it up and it was stone cold, and mushy. Kam Yin is usually awesome...but for the 2nd yr in a row NYE was a disappointment. Learned our lesson, and will save our ordering for ordinary days from now on.

Ordered 6b and only received 12 shrimp not the 18. Other than that food was good. Also bit into a rotten piece of shrimp on my first bite. Super gross and for me has ruined the whole meal. This used to be our go to spot for Chinese in the region. Time to start looking for other options

A New Year’s Eve tradition!

The food was very good. However, we ordered at 4:00 for a 6:00 delivery and finally got the food at 6:30. We had a bunch of people waiting and the reason I ordered so far on advance was to make sure the food was in time, so it was very annoying. Otherwise. I'd give a good or better.

The good was very good. However our pickup time was 5:15. We arrived early at 5:05 and it was already out and packaged at the pick up table. I wonder how long it had already been sitting out. I brought a cooler bag to take it home but it was already Luke warm when I put it in the bag.
